@@sakshigulhane1111 in kerala cbse students are taught hindi..it is a compulsory subject till 8th standarnd from lkg....so i guess most of them know how to speak....if there are any mistakes in what i have told then i am sorry..but this is from my perspective and i am from kerala and have started learning hindi from the age of 4 and was fluent by the age of 5 bcs i used to live with ppl speaking hindi around me....

@@discretespeck9949 It is Ortho Br. So draw a benzene ring and place Br at Ortho position. And the other group at Ortho position. CH3 l CH3-CH2-CH l BR /\ / l l \/ Then keep in mind that Bromine should get preference in least count. So 1st place to bromine. Then we have to find the least count for the next group. So the possibilities are 2and 4. So according to IUPAC, we have to go with the least count, so we'll choose 2 but not 4.
