I have an AMSEC 10 on a fort Knox titan .I pushed C entered combo , it beeped then clicked but the wheel wouldn’t spin . Took the batteries out to check but were good , now after combo entered it beeps and flashes red … won’t open … tried numerous times. I’ve waited over 1/2 hour for Penalty time numerous times also but still won’t open. can you please help !
