Why does the spike up at the cut off frequency G(s)=-20log(2zeta). Is it applicable to all cases with complex roots?

sir, I wonder that if we have 10 in the denominator instead of 1 , it would be affect our bode plot ?

You must always write the characterisic equation in the standard form, which must with +1. If the charactersitic equations was s^2+0.4s+10, both the damping ratio and the natural frequency would change.
