Sir in Voluntary registration u stated that day immediately the preceding day of COR but in examples u r taking the day immediately the preceding day of VR applied. Why?

Sir u stated that ITC on capital goods avail in case of section 18(1)(d) if it is subjected to exclusive exempted supply but while you are solving Example no 2 you said that ITC on capital goods can't avail, why?
