Great way of explaining. Very useful and interesting.. How votes of MLAs of Jharkhand and Telangana are considered? Because these states don't have separate census as on 1971.

Thank you , madam. Is it possible to add the sentence for president qualification ."Citizen of India " to "born in barath". Because , citizenship is given to any person , who is not born in barath also. Example if he is born in Italy .An non resident of India. With Indian national citizenship after permanent residence in India for more than 15 years, could become a presidential candidate .As for American president qualification an indian Green card holder from India can apply . Therefore ,I urge to select a Indian presidential candidate should be "born in barath"such sentance has indetail representation.India is land of many religion and culture .It is also said all religion founders are born in barath.India is root for all nations like America Also. I think A law must be issued on Indian president qualification , "citizen of India", "born in barath" and "belong to Hindustani origin also" please correct my mistake ,if expressed wrong.
