Till now their is no clear information on Backlogs students. Mostly you will be writing the Exams once colleges reopens.

As usual, Backlog students can write their Exams once the colleges will open and the conditions become normal. Sadly their is not other option for them now.

Lab Externals will be Conducted by the Department Faculties in respective colleges itself.

As you don't have marks in Internal. The only way you can pass is by Getting minimum 40 Marks in External exam. Keep trying, Surely you will get more than 40 Marks.
