I've done this also. When I saw the video title, I immediately knew we were going to see one of two things: Horrible latency, or edits removing the latency. Unfortunately, you edited it out, which will mislead the viewers. The latency with this setup is so bad, it's unusable as a customer facing solution - IMHO.
