It's a good idea to select "hide non-video participants" in zoom, so that the candidates video takes up maximum space.

At :35 he said he was logging into beta.examtools.org, but later said he was using the dev system and the url shows .dev. Don't be confused by his verbal description. Use what's on the screen.

It depends on what you're doing. See the note in the video description about the sandbox environment (beta.examtools.dev) vs the production website (beta.examtools.org or exam.tools).

ZOOM has RECORD capability under control of the SESSION HOST. I assume you are using either an OEM version of ZOOM or the current public version. A recording would be useful for a post-mortem review. Comments??

Yes, many VECs require recordings of the sessions for specific review or for their regular exam records. This recording is handled in the video conferencing software (often Zoom, though some teams use other tools).

Can you have multiple candidates at the same time? If so, can a VE observe multiple candidates? For example, three candidates and four VE's? Or is this limited to only one candidate at a time?

In theory, yes. In practice, no, not in the same room. You'd need custom VC Software to properly handle one-way audio to applicants and prevent applicants from seeing each other's screens. There's honestly too much going on to properly observe multiple candidates at once, online. I'm not aware of any teams that are successfully running more than on candidate per VE Exam Room in the fully-remote environment. The biggest sessions though have over 15 concurrent exams running, each in their own Zoom Breakout Room with at least 3 VEs in each.
