Funny because I love the smell, purely for nostalgic reasons. It was the first hotel I stayed at when I turned 21. I've stayed in many others over the year over the years, but Excalibur will always hold a special place in my heart. I like how open the casino floor is too.

Thanks for sharing this experience! I’m planning to stay at the Excalibur in two months for my weekend solo trip in mid-August; very conscious about the money but the reasonable price makes Excalibur a decent place to stay for the Vegas trip! I had also stayed at the Luxor back in the spring of 2019 and felt that the room I had stayed back then is comparable to the room you have reviewed in this video, but otherwise very decent; looking forward to see what Excalibur has in store for me in about two months! 😏

Whoa, this Excalibur tour was like stepping into a fantasy novel! ✨ Seeing the castle architecture, suits of armor, and even that moat with the drawbridge had me feeling like I was in King Arthur's court. Which part of the Excalibur surprised you the most with its blend of old and new?

The room looks comfortable! I love early check-in! I am surprised they haven't remodeled the rooms like other hotels have. Great view! Better to be honest than to get that one person who blames you because they had a bad time. Good tour!

They apparently remodeled the other tower much more recently than the one she stayed in, 2016 vs 2008

I stayed there in September 2023 as well. I'm looking forward to visiting the Center Bar on my next visit, in April. This place gets a bad rap. Good vibe in the casino.

Always enjoy your videos Jennifer. Not sure Excaliber is a high choice to stay however we do like to play there and have made many a journey through it while staying at Delano or going to Mandalay Bay, the tram is such a fantastic way to get back and forth there. Interestingly when I looked at my win/loss for MGM for this year so far Excaliber is the most positive win well the only lol. Keep up the great work 👍

Hey! Thank you so much 😊 this one was a tough one for me to make. LOL I had to dig hard for the positive stuff . I def don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but some of the problems there can easily be resolved without even much cost. The staff was nice and helpful tho in my experience there but yes Delano/Mandalay Bay all the way! Glad you had good luck in the casino there 👍

I bet is was challenging, it's not that it's terrible but MGM would do good to invest and do some renovation to the rooms and a little TLC to the property. One of the biggest downsides I would say is the stale , musty odor and the casino isn't bad other than the overwhelming smoke smell. I remember going back in 95 and it was hopping lol.

The smell is terrible for me. I’m not fussy but I really don’t like it lol yea some of the stuff they overlook that can easily be fixed really puzzled me. Lack of attention to detail. Not a deal breaker for me but I was surprised 😯 ​@@williamblackledge1406

What Las Vegas resorts have topless pool areas

Stratosphere has a topless optional adult pool and Mandalay Bay has a pool called moorea that is a day club like that. Those were the only ones I have encountered but I’m sure there maybe others

boy talk about taking one for the team, this place has been a shithole for the last at least 20 years, a far cry from that jersey farm village you did recently. its cheap and geared towards kids and twenty year old's on a budget, your to classy for this dump!
