Today we are starting a site which there was a house fire that could not be saved and the house was demoed 2 days prior. We are hustling to crunch time to get excavated so the foundation can get poured. Great video. As you real boss says, like watching a movie. And when she wants kudos, make sure she gets them. :) These poor people. Their house burns down, the insurance company plays games, and the demo company does a piss poor job. Thank heaven for you and your team. Your customers can relax knowing the will be done and done right. They hired the right person. I love how you take us through the job, step by step. It increases my enjoyment because I don’t have to sit there and try to figure out what’s gong on. It is such a pleasure to watch you work.

My hubby wouldn't like the 9 foot basement walls. He always says 7 foot basement walls make it easy to work on plumbing and duct work. One again you left a stable footprint for the form guys to work in.

Why save the wall? Great question by all!!! Because of taxes!!! With that shit wall standing, it is a "Remodel" so you are not taxed on a 2020 new construction. You get taxed on a 1951 with a remodel. After final sign off and the inspector leaves, you tear out the shit wall. Great video!! Thank you

We only pushed the dirt where the house was not going past the blue line.. the new house is shorter in length.

Good question The foundation was in excellent shape only the wood structure was bad.

Why on Earth would they save that wall? I would get rid of it and ensure there are good perimeter drains keeping basement dry and avoid all that underpinning nonsense.
