Hello, if I may introduce myself, my name is Timothy. With intros done, 😝 I have to say that I absolutely adore Mighty Boards’ game designs, and world building. So much so, that after I played the original PostHuman so much, I followed the progress of the team, joined other backers to support their Kickstarter for Mighty Boards’ Vengeance, and one day, after being an active backer, I got an invite from the Mighty Boards team to be a tester for PostHuman Saga. I even got the opportunity to meet with the designer during his visit to CA and we tested the game in person! Mighty Boards we’re even gracious enough to give me a small credit in the final production of the rulebook for PostHuman Saga. Frances and Anthony, I salute, applaud, bow to your continued dedication and I truly admire the challengers of the paradigm, and the active interaction that creators, like yourselves, have with their community that are leading this industry in the direction it most naturally wants to, needs to, go. Thank you both so much for your efforts. We can only learn and aspire to be as proactive in reaching our beloved community. One step at a time. Right? Frances, I hope you are doing well after surgery. Cheers!

This game plays very well at 4. It is definitely one where you need to carefully plan your turns so that you are in the right place with the right cards to take actions. You really need to pay attention to your opponents and ensure that when you pump up a color of buyer, that you also get to take the turn, or you will set an opponent up, which happened to me. Very underrated and fun game.

We look forward to playing at a higher player count. These kinds of games always shine there. Are your looking into the new expansion?

Thanks, How It Plays! Definitely on my want to "try" list but passed on the KS as I didn't think it would be a fit for my game group. Appears, to me at least, to be a hardcore game that necessitates multiple plays. Have seen at least one review vid that found it super frustrating that it takes multiple turns to set up to score only to have that pulled out from under you time and again. Fun fact: the original theme for the beginning iterations of this game was unicorn racing.

I would say that sometimes you are better off setting up with one turn and selling the next, you won't get as much, but you also won't get your setup stolen.

It definitely takes a few plays to get the strategy down, and NPC KSE is correct that it’s often strategic to not plan anything too big, because small sales can help to clear the market and gain you a decent assured payout. This happened at least once this game where we sold to one buyer for the high dollar payout. Very interesting strategy!

I feel like this game needs it's own little logo bag for all those artifacts, as you randomize the placement. But great game, just got it. Thanks for this video.

Totally agree on the bag and thanks!

Very nice to see you back in the studio 👍🥰 You made some mistakes in the 3rd round, but I think you just snuck those in to check if the viewers were properly following the play... 😉 I also think you might have wanted to save some cards from the previous round into the following instead of burning them on "weird" moves in the end of a round... Anyway, thank you very much for a nice playthrough 👍 Once more: love to see you back on the "tube". Thanks for returning to entertain us 😃

I have a question about 'Market' action, Is it a must to put wild buyer and another color buyer, or could I just put 2 color buyers ? (If the wild buyer are out of stock, or not out of stock). Another question is that must too put the wild buyer first Or it's just a strategy move ?

At 33:32 you tied for the first place at a "mother board", but both got 5 coins for that, whether in the rules it says "- In case of a tie, sum up the values of the tied places, and divide evenly (rounding down) between tied players" So you should have both got 2 coins each, shouldn`t you?
@dblane19893 жыл бұрын
I might have missed it, but I didn't see you score for your samples on your player boards?
@AntLabGames3 жыл бұрын
You are right, we missed it and caught it during our recap. The rub was that it wouldn’t have mattered (we did add up the extra points at that time) and the scoring is just wildly high, perhaps unnecessarily.
@dblane19893 жыл бұрын
@@AntLabGames Ah, I didn't watch the whole recap :) Thanks for the clarification!

There are points in every video, not just this one, where the editing has cuts between medium shots and the high angle shots. What influences your editing decisions to either have you two on camera versus the boardgame? Maybe I’m nuking it. Have you considered an as-you-go camera switching setup or is that not your style/preference?
@AntLabGames3 жыл бұрын
We do all of the camera cuts during the edit process. There is no real logic behind it. We just try to do what looks best for the flow of the videos.

This is not a good game to play with 2. This game is designed for player-interaction and this is best with more players. I know it goes against the trend that games must be designed for multiple player counts. The only critique I have for this game is that it has a solo mode and that the box says it can be played with 2 players. I love these type of games I do not care for multiplayer solitair games.

This end counting ist minust you iteam that was not sell and this game dont work for 2-3 Player if you dont add solo Player

I dont want to sound rude, but the lady changing her mind over and over gain and resetting the plays made it quite hard to understand the game. Happened like 5 times.
