Excel FILTER() - AND / OR and Adding Headers

Introduces cases where we need to get results from a FILTER function that have multiple conditions.
Checks if both results are included (AND) or if one or the other results are included (OR).
Also adds if there is a case where you want to add the headers to a FILTER function.
