Check the Formatting of the cell. It can be MM-DD-YYYY instead of DD-MM-YYYY.

When somebody ask me 'How to create a specific template' or How to customize a worksheet for their requirement', I suggest them to get a better understanding of the basic features in Excel. I mean Formulas, Functions, Formatting, Charts etc.,. Once you get comfortable using those features you will be able to create anything in Excel. So I recommend questions about the different functions, tools or the new features in Excel. I will try to explain them in the best way possible.

You don't need to add $ sign while multiplying. Multiply 2 with 5 and apply Currency format to that cell.

26000+ numbers in a single row? An Excel cell can accommodate a maximum of 32K characters and there are only 16,384 columns in a worksheet. Regarding number errors, I suggest referring my video on Formula Errors in Excel.
