A small improvement here: The new table created by Power Query was in "Excel Table" format, which name is "State_data". So users could just type "State_data" and "State_data[Col_name]" when INDEX the full table and its column.

Yup, that's true, thanks for adding. I didn't want to go into data table syntax here because that's a whole separate topic that requires more explanation. But yes, you can refer to columns more efficiently if a data table has been set up internally.

One of the conclusions - Mac is useless overpriced trash. Even in Excel 2019 there is no PowerQuery, when on Windows you can install it on Excel 2010... Of course it is effective Microsoft strategy to stimulate people to use Windows instead of Mac. Now for my work I am using PowerBI to make business insights and also learn Python visualisation libraries. And I dont see any alternative to PowerBI for business. Power of DAX formulas is one of the reasons that totally knock outs all other BI stuffs like Tableau.

I agree that Mac Excel and PowerPoint are largely useless, which is why we recommend using Parallels or otherwise installing a Windows partition and running PC Excel and PowerPoint. Some people really like Mac systems for other reasons (e.g., design or film editing work), but personally I can't get used to them even after trying multiple times.
