I want some gear icons to be appeared (fade in) and grown up eventually. At the same time, they should be rotating on their own axises. Some clockwise and some anti clockwise.

Very nice - but far too much time wasted fiddling around with the layout, the design and apparently deciding what to do next - all of which add to the confusion. Surely, IMHO. the video ought to be designed in advance, rehearsed and only then make the final version. Or make the video and then edit it. All the faffing around spoils what could otherwise be an excellent tutorial. Sorry!
