Reality of MO in PNB Negative 1.95+% chances apko regional office posting nhi milne wala hai. So be ready with your bike and roam whole market in branch posting. 2.Target meet karne ka koi jada pressure nhi hai, but review call will surely make you feel uncomfortable for whole month specially in quarter end. 3.General banking mai switch look good option but its hard, selection rate will be less than 25%, and when you shift to general banking hopefully at scale -3 you will be doing job of MO ( business sourcing) plus operation late hrs work (8 to 9 pm, even in semi-rural branch) Postive 1.Good salary 2.Job security ( with full of tension during ur whole tenure 😅😅) Suggestion - Go for other govt job or maybe some established pvt company.

Sales man job hai ye bs sales man ko 70-80k nahi mil rhe ye job ke liye isliye kr rhe hain hum ye job Sunne ki adat dalo aur kch nahi Marketing bht acha career hai but not in banks, its terrible, koi team work nahi bs akele chd dete hain ki.jao business lao jake It is definitely better than being unemployed for sure Lekin agr koi chance mile to get out of the job jus take it.
