I totally dig this channel. But for this video, Somehow it didn't sound right to hear the guy being addressed as "तू ". Just being young by age doesn't make him any less important as an interviewee. Anshuman, you're great in your ways of interviewing, and being empathetic & respectful throughout. I think तुम and आप work just as good, no matter what age the other person is.

Getting home is not a good idea, especially in his situation.. because the responsibility increases and God forbids if he loses the job, he will be in big trouble.. better to concentrate on up skill, add additional revenue streams and stay on rent, and invest the EMI amount on SIP with discipline everymonth. He will be soon financially independent.
