Thank you very much Randy! The looping and printing pdf for each worksheet is great. Is it possible to print the each pages inside the each worksheet in different order ? In the example you showed the print area is very little so it fits into a single page of the worksheet But if there are multiple pages inside the worksheet and we want to print them in a different order For example Inside a worksheet there are 5 pages which is set in A4 size , landscape etc We need to print them in 1,4,2,5,3 order. How do we do that? Also if there are multiple worksheets like you showed There are multiple pages inside each worksheet Sometimes we need to print Page 1 of worksheet 1 and then page 4 of worksheet 4 Page 6 or worksheet 1 and so on These pages should be printed in this order into the pdf. Is this something possible or am I thinking too much?

Hi and thanks. it is certainly possible. You would just have to save that order somewhere in a worksheet. This way when a sheet it about to be printed, it will lookup that specific worksheet, and then locate the order as a variable, then use that specific order. If there is no order then it is set to default. I hope this helps and thanks so much.
