Page Set Up Across Multiple Sheets Or To Another Workbook. Headers and Footers.
Highlight all the sheets you want to add Page Setup to and then add the Page Setup
To highlight multiple sheets, click on the first sheet, hold shift, click on the last sheet
If you copy a sheet to another workbook, the Page Setup will also be moved.
To copy a sheet to another workbook, right-click the sheet, point to "Move or Copy", Select "To book", "Select before sheet", check the "Create a copy" checkbook

I knew about page setup in multiple sheets before. But I knew I'd learn something new from you and I watched anyway. Guess what, the part you copied using just ctrl and the mouse, I did not know that. You never seize to amaze me!

Am i missing something in 2010 version.. It just does not happens.... The print properties are not getting transferred in other sheets....

Hi Mike, before saw your trick "page set up for the first sheet and then select other sheets and click apply to set the same page set up for all sheets (4'15) " I had such problem: Say sometimes I have several sheets with same page set up except they all have their own hard coded headers. Later I wanna change page set up for these sheets (without changing the headers). Then all the sheets have the same header! After watched your video now I realized this weird thing. So is there a way to solve this? Other wise if the sheets have their own hard coded header, I have to change page setup one by one. Regards.
