250 g wholemeal biscuits
120g melted butter
400 grams of cream cheese
50 g powdered sugar
150g white chocolate
300 grams of cream

Hi Liliana, Ecco gli ingredienti per la torta in italiano 💖 L'ingrediente principale: tanto amore 💖 Ingredienti per la torta Nobake veloce: 250 g di biscotti integrali 120 g di burro fuso 400 grammi di crema di formaggio 50 g di zucchero a velo 150 g di cioccolato bianco 300 grammi di panna Guarnizione: 150 g di cioccolato bianco 60 grammi di panna Buon appetito!

Ich habe es eben nachgemacht. Dazu muss ich sagen dass man das Sahnesteif nicht vergessen sollte und die Sahne gekühlt schlagen mit gekühltem Becher und Schneebesen auch gekühlt. Das Toping erst über die Sahnemasse geben wenn es abgekühlt ist. Bin jetzt gespannt wie es morgen aussieht ob es tatsächlich fester wird als es jetzt war bevor es in den Kühlschrank kam. Übrigens ich habe erst eine Hälfte der Fülle in die Form gegeben dann Erdbeeren in Scheiben darauf und dann den Rest der Fülle drauf getan samt Toping. Bin echt gespannt. Aber danke trotzdem 🍀

Hallo Andrea, durch die Schokolade zieht die Masse noch ordentlich an und ich arbeite gerne ohne Sahnesteif wenn möglich, macht die Sache aber natürlich noch sicherer (gerade bei den Temperaturen) ...das mit den Erdbeeren ist eine tolle Idee, danke für die Inspiration!🌷🌼😍🌼🙏
