@@Nebuheru if you’re on a higher budget, on Jomtien second road they have a newer Dusit complex which have one bedroom condos available for 14,000, those are very impressive Here’s my review if you want to check it out …. Great condo review. One of the best I've seen and I've watched alot. Very much appreciate your attention to detail, especially the gym which alot of KZbinrs don't spend enough time on. Also, found your evaluation of pros and cons Very helpful. Showing the surrounding area and distance to the beach was good. Is there no underground parking?

Nice to see inside DGP as fairly popular modern condo units as lots expat vloggers staying there too. But that shoebox condo is far too small for long term living….need minimum 35 sq mtrs….as you say it’s a bit of a trek to Jomtien beach road from there. The View Talays 1, 2, 5, 7 & 8 are more spacious and better located in Jomtien.🧐😁😎

@@gord8743 I’ve checked out of couple of the View Talay’s, to be honest the only one I liked was VT8 on Jomtien Beach Road, even that was overpriced at 14,000 a month considering it’s an old complex and a studio condo

@@PremierTraveler yep agreed some prices aren’t realistic but the VT8 studio is almost double the size of this DGP condo….all prices are negotiable anyway as TIT ( this is Thailand)

I can't believe this the same price as that last room you reviewed ( last vid ) . I suppose they would put a couch in the room for you if you asked . The swimming pool area looked immaculate. I remember when I first visited Pattaya 20 years ago that the Dusit hotel complex was THE place to stay 🤑

Terrible value, imo. It's too cramped and there's not even a sofa. Small fridge too. You can get a one-bedroom for 10K in central Pattaya.

The gym at this place is not that good, they filled it with cardio and no workout machines- no legs. No wifi in the room. The pool is the selling point.

It’s more than decently equipped for a communal gym, if you want more equipment there’s countless gyms you can join in Pattaya
