Great price for nice condo and swimming pool . The gym was a definite bonus , but some of the rules are hilarious. 4. The service must be dressed in sportswear. Three socks and rubber boots 😂😂😂. 7. Not all animals are allowed in the gym 😂😂😂 which ones are 😅😅😅

Good location and nice to have a pool at that daily price. I would consider it next time I am in Pattaya. This last trip I did stay two nights at Maleez Lodge before moving into my Airbnb. Agree that for the price it is perfectly okay. Many do seem to like Sutus Court next door, and the pools are a plus. The one negative I would say about Maleez Lodge is when I tried to check out there was nobody at the front desk. I had to wait 15-20 minutes in the heat before somebody finally showed up that could check me out and return my deposit.

That is a great little room . All I need . The balcony is just really small. Having said that I'd stay there . I do not think being up that high it would be noisy. Thanks .

Great. In the states it would be 1000$ +. I'm eying the Riviera in Jomtien. 42 storys. 3 pools. 2 libraries, 2 game rooms/ billiard tables. Giant gym, sauna. 5 min walk to the beach. Night Market 10 minutes away. Good cheap food! Entertainment! Pussy Galore gents club and other gentlemen clubs close by. A single man's paradise. What's not to love!? Care free living.
