Things are definitely getting more expensive in Pattaya. 13.5k/mo and not even a full kitchen? No gym area? A bit far location plus 15 years in age for the building. I don't know the Euro condo seemed a bit better deal IMO. As always I appreciate your videos! By the way Hwangjai barber is right next door to this condo and is worth a visit. Around 600-800 baht I think but it includes a full shave and finger/toe nail clipping and ear cleaning and facial along with a massage afterwards.

Ouch that is about as negative a review as I've heard from you. Good location though. One thing I find weird about Central Festival food court is how early it shuts down (10pm). Given that Pattaya is a party town and many people awake (and drunk) well past midnight one would think there could be good business until say 1-2am. Of course the employees may not be inclined to work so late each night

With no cooking facilities it's a hotel room not a condo.

Not worth 13,500 a month especially with no Wifi in my opinion.

I though this condo was rather expensive for a studio when you can find 1BR nearby for similar price

The room could do with some painting and when it’s renovated it will be 1000 which would be ok it use to be 500 and mostly Indians would stay there

That hotel used to be called furama beach hotel and it was 500 bhat a night and they've renovated the pool

I will be there next week, 8,500 baht per month at Diana Resort but it is so out of the way. That one, even though the view was not good, the position near the market makes up for that. The microwave, hotplate, cooker, toaster, kettle and fan are brilliant. I could buy some cheap curries at the market, keep it in the fridge and warm it up when I want it. The pool was good but you didn't show the gym but I got the idea. Diana's fitness room is about the size of a large bathroom. What also impressed me from watching others by you and everythingpattaya was the Government rate for utilities. Thank you for a welcome addition at the right moment. I will go and look after I acclimatize.

@PattayaReds great 👍 upload as always! I think #2 is a great choice! Very spacious, modern, value and location is ideal. If only you can go into more detail about location and what’s around and the hotel amenities possibly a video dedicated to this hotel only. Still thank you for what you do, great content!

That is a good price for what you get IMO. Nice big pool and tiny fitness center too. Main drawback is tiny TV (at least it is modern) and cramped bathroom. It is on my list to consider a month to month when I first arrive next year.

Is there a better condo which is location equivalent?

2nd one was good value for money....however having a guest over 😜and have glass in the shower and toilet is not very good, i dont really want to be seen or see someone having a shower or wiping there arse!! are all rooms configured this way?

I expect a clean and functional room, but if it's two minues or so from the beach I don't expect or need a great view. I'm sleeping there not spending my day lounging in a room.

Another good find! Judging from the balcony view, I am guessing it was on the third or fourth floor. Would the price on the 12th floor be the same? (I once read, that in Asia, for the walkup apartments at least, the higher the floor, the cheaper the price) "View" is actually a theme of great interest to westerners: In Vancouver, for example, higher apartments are dramatically more expensive. But in Rio, where I used to live, or Caracas, the wealthy live down low on level ground, and the slums go up the sides of mountains, with fabulous views...
