Wow. Even after 2 years of training I still find this video so amazing. Perhaps his "moves" aren't as flashy as other freerunners/ traceurs but if you look closely his precisions are crazy, his muscle ups are freaking fast, and his jump height is remarkable. That in my opinion is far more impressive than any flip or "trick" I've seen.

What is so stiking about your latest video Blane, is how easy you conqueor these spanning obstacles. Which can lead the viewer into thinking these obstacles are smaller or closer in real life, when really the camera does not give these huge obstacles justice. Through taking the more difficult path comes true greatness, that what you are brother... True Greatness!! Zeno

His fluidity is excellent, hes always on the move but its not like a sprint as it is like long bounds from object to object, i half expect him to like jump from object to object and then throw in a back flip of a drop on to a railing because i think he could do that with his flow. Great job dude! Keep at it!

i find it amazing how the human mind works. before parkour, it would seem as though nobody had the ABILITY to perform the sport, since it was totally unheard-of. but after making up a sport, we quickly adapt, and get good at it. think about it, before soccer, no one could dribble a ball, before basket ball no one could do all the tricks we see on AND1but that doesn't mean that we, at the time were incapable of performing the tasks. we just needed time to learn it that's all.

I agree, kind of. I mean i was wondering where the flips were until i saw it said parkour, but flips are very good training. It teaches explosiveness, and a higher sense of coordination, so even if you do parkour, I recommend some free running to make parkour easier. And I also agree with martin that most people dont really understand but freerunning does have flips, they just don't understand parkour. Plus flips can scare your pursuer, saving you energy in the long run. Give and take.
