I resides in London (England) am a Lagos Island Man, Olowogbowo Born, Vincent Grown (Bamgbose). The only person i can blame here is Malaika. I believed he sold himself short when he pitched his tent with Pasuma many years ago to go after saheed Osupa in supporting Pasuma and he traded his crown for pea nut as the next big thing. Apart From Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, Wasiu Ayinde and Adewale Ayuba, Malaika is the next person to travel abroad to show his skills, the first to go to China and Malaysia to ply his trade, where was Pasuma? i watched pasuma running from one angle to the next at Tom Jones many years ago trying to buy our love on the Island. I respect Pasuma for all he has archived but i dont respect the fact he called Malaika his boy, thats uncalled for. Malaika was there many years ago before he even got there. my 2 pence know how.

Termie Olushola Law we all know Malaika travelled before Pasuma travel, Malaika release is first album 1993 same 1993 Pasuma release is first album recognition, but tell me did you yourself know Malaika song then, lol.. he might be the one to first travelled overseas but doesn’t mean he was know by the world, only few people knows him then, listen to what Pasuma said, he said when his mom went to Mecca 1998 and came back that’s when they introduced Malaika to him to perform for his mom, and since then he sees him as a loyal person thats when he called him to come and feature in his music with Saheed balogun, tbh late 90s our parents used to play, ebenezer obey, Ayinla omoWura, barrister, wasiu ayinde etc and Pasuma once in a while, that’s how we all recognize him, but never for once did they play Malaika, you might travelled before me, being in the industry before me, but that doesn’t make you, his point was until after they did the music together in 2001 that’s when they started recognizing Malaika so he has a point
