I was taking a nursing research class during 2021. As I learned what made a study legitimate , I was shocked by the “studies” the CDC was releasing and calling science. Campbell said in the US data that the rate of excess deaths in increasing and there is no evidence of it stopping. That's not exactly correct. Look just a liiiiiiitle bit past where he conveniently crops the graph, as it gets into January 2023. Excess deaths have dropped and are well within normal ranges.

I am or was a fit 70 yr old male - In Nov 2021 I had a CT scan of my chest and during my Cardiac stress test was able to maintain a heart rate of 180bpm until the Cardiologist said '' OK that's enough, you really are one for the books. " Cholesterol was at the lower end of the ''perfect range'' and blood tests all came back as ''perfect,'' resting BP was 127/80, and resting HR was 67BPM. Both my Cardiologist and MD both said I had the heart fitness level of someone in their 30 - 40's. A month/ish after my third Covid (Moderna) booster I began to feel tired just going for a walk to the next-door neighbor, whereas three months previously I could jog along the beach for several kilometers without any problem and row 2000m on my Concept2 indoor rower in 7m05secs, I was quite fit - or so I thought. Went to our local Emergency Dept. and was diagnosed with chronic heart failure & cardiac arrhythmia. Numerous tests baffled the various specialists that came to visit after going through my several months earlier test results and I was told that the booster and subsequent heart problems were a coincidence even though there was no history of heart problems throughout our family's histories - all living into their 90's I'm not suggesting anything, just relaying my experience.

So anecdotal, but I knew two pregnant women when the vaccines were rolled out. One was about 8 months and the other 5. There was a big push to get pregnant women vaccinated and they both did. Not even a month later, both women gave birth prematurely. Both babies were OK. The latter obviously was quite premature but she did end up going home after a while. I have never known anyone while pregnant who went into labour prematurely, and I've had three kids and been around lots of pregnant women. Although I know it happens all the time I thought it was very weird. But obviously could be a coincidence.

I recently wrote to my MP about the significant excess deaths while also pointing out that young people are included in these excess deaths. This should be raising alarm bells as it's not typical for significant numbers of the younger population to die. I'm talking about serious health issues arising after the jabs, not just people having the flu. Several friends having serious pregnancy complications arise after their jab, some of them having had perfectly healthy children before. I'm in Australia, I've a friend who works as a nurse in Emergency. Not a large city, around 200 000 people in total for the wider area. A few days ago they had 200 admissions in two hours to the emergency dept. That's absolutely phenomenal. Usually about 20 -30 admissions in a night !

I recall a notorious, draconian premiere in Victoria, Australia by the name of Daniel Andrews. He held daily death from covid and infection updates where he stated that he was not willing to tolerate one death from covid thus the need for extensive lockdowns and restrictions. Also 2/3 of sub-Saharan Africa is under 25, only 3% older than 65, the deaths cannot be compared with any meaning to the Western world with completely different age demographics and health profiles.

There are excess deaths in South Africa; medical aids have put together the data. We also had exceedingly low uptake on the vax and I don't think many people at all had any booster. We have had batches that expire and need to be thrown away due to the low uptake. Even my 84 year old mother in a memory care centre was not offered a booster - we would have needed to arrange it ourselves had we wanted to. I don't know of many countries in the rest of Africa that will have decent data though.

My granddaughter just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. She was swollen all during her pregnancy, diagnosed as preeclampsia. When actually she has congested heart failure at age twenty three. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasting increases nitric oxide. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. We are fortunate to have access to a research based hospital that we attended after my husband had had his first P. Immunization they all pushed the importance for him. During a visit with the transplant team the doctor stated he thinks my husband has a blood clot in his leg & they scanned his leg. No Blood-clot was found but they attributed it to the immunization in so many words. This was the first injection. We had the 2nd I teach nursing students and the university required immunization for me to work. After the 2nd P. Injection we both felt such fatigue that we knew that was our last one. There's an January article by Justin Fox in Bloomberg that looked at this specific topic & the CDC numbers for young people. TLDR: "(This chart in the article) shows rolling 12-month numbers because you can barely see the change in the (noisy) monthly numbers. In this view there’s _a clear increase in heart-disease deaths that started in mid-2020, plateaued in mid-2021 and seems to have faded somewhat last year._ The percentage increase was somewhat bigger for men than for women. For the sake of completeness, I also looked at deaths in which heart disease was listed as a contributing cause (doctors and medical examiners can list up to 20 such causes on death certificates), which showed a similar pattern to the above chart as long as one excluded deaths for which Covid is listed as the primary cause, of which there were - as shown in the first chart - big spikes in summer 2021 and winter 2021-2022. Covid itself has been found to cause myocarditis, pericarditis and other heart troubles at a higher rate than the vaccines do, and given that the initial increase in heart-disease deaths coincided with the arrival of Covid, the simplest explanation is that _Covid is chiefly to blame._ _There certainly was no big increase in heart-disease deaths after the vaccines arrived_ : in the 12 months starting in July 2021, there were 106 fewer heart-disease deaths among 15-to-34-year-olds than in the previous 12. This is not incompatible with the vaccines directly causing some deadly heart ailments even as they prevented Covid-related ones. But it doesn’t seem as if it could have been a lot."
