Unfortunately most of that water will be contaminated, raw sewage from both septic tanks and water treatment plants, plus the agricultural harms from dying/dead animals and farm chemicals including diesel, oil and gasoline. That's one hell of a lot of work for people who really can't afford the repairs.

I have the mini 2 here combo. Your drone is looking sweet bro. Beautiful imagery ( devastating but quality wise amazing ) Also as an avid drone flyer make sure you know the laws in your place, i.e. maintaining visual line of sight of the drone etc. I know one guy who had his drone confiscated and had to pay upwards of a 10K fine. I hope these people get the help they need to rebuild.
