Hi, nice review. I would use this as my work to gym bag and since often I end up going to the pool at my gym i was wondering if the shoes compartment material is somehow waterproof on the inside or if my wet swim shorts will end up soaking up the stuff in the main compartment.

Hello, Would you be able to a review for a backpack that has a stiff laptop compartment? Like when you have it on the ground the laptop isn’t completely touching the floor. It is somewhat elevated. I don’t know if I explained it better, but I’ve been trying to find one. Love your videos man! Keep doing your thing!

Myofacial release is *not* good practice before a workout. It activates the golgi tendon organ, reduces contraction force and there’s some evidence that it can increase injury in those who do not usually do so. Use a foam roller after, or outside the gym. Not pre-workout.
