Excision x Illenium x I prevail 's Feel something has been onw of my fav tracks since they dropped it at Lost lands 2019. Gold (Stupid Love) is also phenominal. I found this track today, 2.24.21 Elle Vee's vocals sound like an angel on my studio monitors, and the drop ran me over like a freight train. (And likely ran over my neighbors house too!) Add it to my list of favorites, it's 🔥🔥🔥 Your Fault is simpler, clean, and with high contrast- which makes it hit SO hard. Gold is a bit more technical and has smoother ebb and flow. Feel Something is also very technical and imo, has the most flow of emotion because the vocals carry through the whole song. They are all phenomenal for different reasons, from different years. Let's all hope these artists they keep rolling out awesome collabs like these. 🙏🏻

well its all up to interpretation, but my reasoning its a little fast for dubstep (82bpm), and the drop doesn't have a breakbeat so it isnt halftime or drum step, and the sound design doesnt sound like riddim or deep dubstep now it also is a little slow for midtempo (to me midtempo usually starts arround 90bpm) but the sound design sounds kinda like 1788-L who is a famous midtempo guy, and he has atleast one song as low as 80bpm that i would consider midtempo

so for some reference tunes, compare the following 1788l-pularbeam or1 3-oath (both are what i would call midtempo and sit at 85bpm) with sulivan king- i dont care (which i would consider 85bpm dubstep) midtempo is usually very heavy, and doesnt place lots of importance on the offbeats, and coincidentally, neither this track nor the midtempo ones i gave have hihats in the drop, dubstep on the other hand, places allot of importance on the hihats, and in oldschool and deep dubstep the highats could even be said to drive the track foreward, as they often play twice as fast as the kick and snare
