At my high school, we are in the “get to know each other” phase (which I hate) and they are talking about how multitasking isn’t actually a thing because when you are doing two things at once, you aren’t doing either as well as if you were doing one. Just reminded me of this Keegan 😜

OMG I so relate to the trying to work 9 - 5. I'm a PhD student, and I am trying to limit working to only during business hours so I don't burn myself out. You need to prioritise your mental health and take breaks and time away from work. Time to just be you. What has helped me is setting weekly goals rather than daily ones. I find I stress not having everything ticked off each day. Also being realistic in what is attainable in 1 day or 1 week etc. If you list less than what you think you can do it normally works out because we always over estimate our abilities. And I am 100% a hypocrite saying this because I still work after business hours and on weekends.

As someone who bought a new car this year. I understand the pain. Bought my car in early February and it only arrived in early June (after being delayed - was supposed to be around Easter). But there are car that are being sold for more than they were purchased for like 3 years ago. Which is the reason I went with buying a new one. But when you do look at buying a new car again highly recommend Mazda.

What would you do if your saw Keegan from her 30's confronted you right now and she said she's from the future and gave you advice what decisions to make and how it will affect your future? My expectations are really high, too. It's good to have that just don't be hard on yourself if you don't accomplish what you want at a certain time. I've accomplished every goal for myself so far. Buying my house and paid it cash, did well in stocks. My next goals are to be a Director of Finance or a CFO. Also planning for early retirement. I know I'm still in my early 20's but my dad told me right now is a good time to plan for retirement.

CAR TIPPPPPPPPP!!!! I'm begging you please don't get another BMW. My family had a similar experience with all 9 of ours. Always in the shop and always driving loaners. My Benz has been alive and well for 12 years strong. Still has another 100,000 miles left in it. I'll drive it until it dies. It's almost never in the shop

Corolla, Camry, Civic, or Accord are very reliable cars. German cars are too expensive for maintenance and unreliable. They drive nice and look nice and that's it. My oldest sister had a BMW and had problems and she got rid of it and brought an Accord.

I started to have to drive my dad big suv. I was so scared of driving it but I got comfortable driving it and know I feel confident driving different size cars. @@KeeganActon lol it's okay:) I'm a Hebrew speaker, and I guess the writing direction has to do with the language originating so long ago. The Arabic language is also right to left and I'm pretty sure there are a few more that are the same in that sense.
