Exciting Find: Lost Ring Discovered Metal Detecting - The Search Is Over 👏

A park neighbor asked Dad and I to look for this ring.
Kept going back and searching for it over a period of about 4-5 months.
We were worried someone else had already found it.
Really expected to hit a lot harder than it was for something that big and shallow.
This ring comes from a scam. Do a google search on "I5 corridor gold ring scam oregon".
Its owner picked it up for $40 gambling that if it was real 😉
The scam starts out in a gas station by someone driving an expensive car, wearing a suite/tie, rolex watch and gold jewlry... the guy is in a desparate situation and needs $40 🙄
