However, expressions of strong Kurdish identity will see Erdogan's thuggish party lock you up for years on bogus charges; there are hundreds of Kurdish political prisoners in Turkey. And it is still illegal to teach in Kurdish, which is an outrage all its own. And that's not even mentioning the genocidal Turkish campaigns of the 80s and 90s, and its despicable conduct recently in Syria.

There is something we all need to understand here. I've been watching these events since 2013 closely. There are different Kurdish factions. All Kurds have no where to go. They are no welcomed in any of the three neighboring countries. Syria, iran, and turkey. Turkey being the least permissive to kurds. Ypg and pkk have both been fighting isis. But one the two is more agressive and have been known to have had engagements with Turkish military. This aggression is a two way street. We must ask why Turkish military is Syria anyway. A military force to leave its land and attack in another land is an assault. This is not a defensive measure. Being american, I strongly advise against any Kurdish faction working with American government. Our government doesn't even listen to the will and desires of its people, why would care about the will and desires of others? The only reason they would do it is to get an advantage of some sort. If this really about peace between the three countries and the kurds. I propose you work together toward a common goal. A cease-fire till you can arrange a formal meeting. And keep isreal and American forces out. Israel is mossad, we all know this already

Think that, A group of people who fight against soldiers and people of France, and then France will peace with them. Do u really believe that? The people on the mountain are not a peaceful people. They show u what u like (humanism, man-woman equality, peacefulness etc.). kurdish history? Turks conquered these lands from persians and byzantines so how could these places ever belong to kurds. And also the kurds moved to todays east Turkey because the Selcuk empire opened borders 1000 years a go for anyone. before that were did the kurds live? If those lands belongs to some people historicly then it belongs to syrians as far as historics know.

There are over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world, most of them living in countries such as Turkey, Iran, Egypt, India, Indonesia, etc.. but ISIS and its ideology is backed by a very very small fraction, whose ideology are supported by the ruling Arabic families in Middle East. This extremist ideology was backed by USA in Afganistan agaist Soviet Union. And those Afgan wariors were the seeds of ISIS and Taliban. Also the Saudi government and other dictatorship families in Middle East are backed by the USA either to preserve the petro-dollar system, or to secure Israel. The ideology of these dictatorships are extremist, relying on illiteracy to secure their rule. And most importantly, it was USA that destabilized all the regions where ISIS is effective today.. But the purpose of USA was to bring democracy right? Did you really believe that?
