What about job creation for the few sane ones that are not into yahoo, I hope you have plans for employment. I won't waste time on this. From Kwara to Ogun, Lagos is where they all look up to. From Balogun Market to the two Alaba market to Oyinbo and Ladipo spare parts market to Trade fair along Badagry express way to Tejuosho, 90% of the traders in these major Lagos markets are Igbos. An Igbo man will wake up to go and sell Okrika just to feed his family, a Yoruba on the same level will go to his mechanic workshop, tiling, vulcaniser,and bricklaying job. While the rest resume their "agbero duties" the largest employer of labour in Lagos. Hmmmm.m An Igbo man can sell both new and fairly used bra in the market, a Yoruba man will say God forbid, I would rather be "Agbero" and make more money blocking street, collecting money from Tippers selling sand and be a menace like omo- onile carrying guns to kill land owners and reselling land to 3 or more people.. If you ask me, there's dignity in Labour. The Yoruba youth that went to polytechnic cannot do tiling job or even sell tiles in shops like their Igbo counterparts. They are all waiting for white collar job abi anything office like opening cyber cafe. As for building in South West states, our youth would rather an illiterate (like they call them)do the plumbing, electrician, tiling, fixing of interiors and majority of the work goes to Cotonou/Togo citizens. In the SouthEastern states, both certificate holders and vocational skilled individual engage in the task. The supplier of tiles, roofing, faucets, toilets, pipes, and rods are always their men. And they don't sit and wait for jobs, they move into other regions to continue to grow the market and create wealth. Go to Sokoto, Katsina, Maiduguri, Kano, Abuja, Kwara and all across Nigeria. You will find them selling stuff. While the Yoruba youth with just OND is waiting for manna from heaven, and one uncle in America to send him allowance monthly or help him with getting visa to travel out and some wait till age 50yrs before they realise that they wasted their youth on chasing shadows. Hmmmmmmm Ask our youth to stand in Balogun and Ladipo or Yaba to call customer for their boss, and you will hear them call a family meeting for the boss that wants to swap their destiny,lol. An Igbo man will wake up daily and do same job with pride. For him it's better than sitting at the beginning of every street in Lagos claiming area boys and breeding children with different baby mamas and not able to provide basic things for the child. The child grow up to continue the trend. Whereas an Igbo man knows you have to make money as a man before getting married, marriage is not on agbero list of things to do, how much more caring for the child. These youth you're fighting for, I hope they know the meaning of "dignity in 'labour". I want to believe you have employment ready for them in your Yoruba nation. I want to believe they are ready to collect salary for their labour and not mercedes Benz after 6 months of working,lol cos that's what they're used to now. I hope we won't end up breeding more of their kind if the job you provide can't go round or below par in the Yórúbà nation. These generation that I see every day are so arrogant and prideful. They can talk down on their father's age mate and are not ready to listen to anyone. They are not ready to listen to their elders, get them the Yórúbà nation and see the "Omoluabi" in them come out in full force. Ki Olorun so gbogbo yin. Sorry if you feel offended by my comparison. There's no other tribe asking for secession apart from the Igbos. If you call them your brothers according to Sunday Igboho maybe it's time to learn some things from them.
