A notary is just a neutral third party who affirms that signatories are who they purport to be and did sign in front of the notary, thereby eliminating a ton of potential arguments that could arise if one is not used. Like, "I didn't sign that, that wasn't me". NDAs require a few things, not a notarization, they need to fit within the reasonable and possible, they need to be signed, etc. They need to be clear and express in their intentions. It seems like this NDA basically says "You can't tell anyone anything about these cases" but then Mama Max and Spencer have publicly identified her and others, sharing a ton of information online about the materials discussed within the NDA and Davis, and thus even if it was legit, it is breached. It clearly says that if the information is made public by any means outside of the signatory then it is void, Max and Spencer voided it, end of discussion. It holds no weight. Legal or not. Max is the one who breached it by publishing the information himself. It cannot be claimed to be confidential if you're publishing online content that shares it to the public lol.

Muta is wrong, he is making a false p accusation. Mega makes no claim in their TOS about hash discovery. I find this disgusting. That wasn't proof.

And they explain how the illegal content is determined as such and what they do about it.* Mutahar is not making a false p3d0 accusation. He's pointing out that Max's MEGA account was locked and reported (along with the IP address from the account) to authorities, but not because of his "evidence" against p3d0s (which is what Max claims happened). It's because there was material that's similar to the hash sets provided by Interpol and NCMEC (like a fingerprint or something like it). *It could be CSEM, b3stiality and/or extreme violent content.* And, by the way, this was not discovered by Mutahar. This was discovered by someone on Reddit who found the MEGA account was locked and had a message about the account (and IP address) being reported to authorities. You're forgetting that Mutahar knows his stuff when it comes to technology, and has already made a video explaining what hashes are and how they work. Imagine being Max trying to explain why he is in that situation to *someone who knows about how illegal content is reported.*

"Hashes are calculated for each downloaded file and then compared to hash sets provided by Interpol and NCMEC. Those users are given a final warning, and the accounts are closed for any users who have on-shared the illegal content." the actual method of hashing if it's done on parts of files or (like 10 hashes for a 10 gig file) or 1 or such isn't publicly disclosed nor is the hash database itself. now what the content actually was that's different, but now you might be asking but lassii but lassii the tos doesn't say that they look through my files my password is only mine blaablaa well my friend it's hidden in the TOS that they DO look through your files hashes. Additionally it can also be just a direct report on the shared link, from leo, from some ngo or some individual. additionally you cannot know if some government would just put hash for whatever the fuck they want on the list. why didn't max just make regular torrents out of the stuff? who the f knows again. maybe he didn't know how, maybe he thought this arrangement gave him a loophole on the file storage.

I have watched actual successful predator hunters that literally vent the Brony community and wouldn't be surprised if he saw that and knew he wouldn't get away with his bullshit.
