Hey, so many great features. It would be great vor the Camera placeholder sceens to freeze the picture or add a picture to the preview instead of showing the live picture. So I think it could be easier to select the right camera prested instead of seeing two different presets that both show the same live view. What do you think about that? Great work again 👍

Hi Steve! You would not need Loopback at all to take sound from an application. You just pick the app in the Sound Levels window :)

Nope! Personal preference.

It’s a bit complicated. When the setting “optimize for higher frame rate” is selected in our Screen Sharing prefs then we will capture the screen at whatever frame rate your stream is set to.

Did you put in stream end button to say when you push the end button…… 1) Do you want to end stream now? OR 2) I will be back. This is for someone who wants to stop stream and come back where you left off to finish. I’ve done sports streaming for 19 years this year. Sometimes we have a doubleheader or rain/lighning delay and need to stop and come back 30 minutes later. Hope you can do this. You would get more sports people. Thanks!

Awesome update! Loving the progress-keep up the great work! 😊 I'd still really love to see ISO recordings of screen shares and the ability to take and send SRTs. Adding SRT support would be a game-changer for us and would finally make it viable for pro events! 🚀

Curious as to why ONLY Daniel's audio is out of sync. I was told on the FB group that this is common with guests when using eCamm with Zoom, however in this stream, Daniel's was the only one affected. ????? -- Joe Hammer

It looks like Daniel’s audio is early. He might need add some mic delay in his Ecamm setup.

@ It's not a problem in itself. Ecamm Live uses a lot of memory and chip.

Video production typically takes a lot of memory and requires a newer chip. That being said, you can still do a lot with Ecamm even if you're on an older Mac. Just not some of the newer features.

I have a MacBook Air M2 with 8GB.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend using Ecamm with any of the Macbook Air computers. They're just not powerful enough for video production (they don't have a fan).
