Best i've seen Joshua since pre Ruiz but want to see him in with a puncher - love to see Zhang in with him. Wallin talked big all week, didn't fire a shot, quit on his stool - not a puncher, very disappointing.

This sharp, focused and calm Aj will give problems to either Usyk rematch or Fury! Wilder will stand no chance cos AJ is too patient to commit to Wilder's right hand, and he tends to see everything coming. Foot work has improved, and the jabs and right hand were used economically yet effective!

Thanks for this footage, really amazing stuff. Amazing how confident AJ looked, and how scared Wallin looked. Wallin almost looked like AJ did against Usyk. Will be interesting to see if AJ can bring the same confidence in to future fights, but he certainly looked very focused, very fit and very willing to engage.

AJ conrolled the fight with steady pressure and Wallin didn't know what to do with it and the power coming at him .But AJ is stiff and stand up and i didn't see many faints from like he needs to be more 'loose' just my humble opinion

An improved performance by AJ for sure, but I dont know...Wallin was outgunned and he didnt have the attributes to combat what was coming back at him...AJ vs Usyk would be no foregone conclusion if they were to run it back, but its boxing, you get away with what the opponent allows you to get away with and you get off what the opponent also allows you to (and wallin let AJ get away with a lot)...usyk wouldnt let AJ get away with most of that, he would be peppering him and the fight would instantly change. I am not saying Usyk beats him again (im an usyk fan). But watching this, I dont see how you could gain that much insight into what a future usyk performance would look like. And against fury its even more hard (or easier) to predict as fury is longer than AJ and AJ still has that low lead hand and makes mistakes with his feet pretty regularly still.

Excellent video, like being in there front seat. Wallin looked scared the whole fight and his punches were incredibly light compared to Anthony's. AJ was very cautious, boxers like Mike Tyson, Filip Hrgovic, or Zhiley Zhang would have knocked this dude out within 2 rounds.

My no1 bug bare of AJ, are his feet going forward. Sideways and backwards, is fine. The left lead hand defence is also sloppy. I use to say very same thing bout the left hand of Special K - Kelly Brook. They both take to many jabs over their left lead. Kel has ended up with bad eye trouble.

Saw nothing here to suggest any more than superficial improvement from AJ...will only be in a truly competitive fight where he likely at some point gets tagged only then how he responds will you know if he has the mental strength to follow through..Threw a couple of nice rights but footwork is ponderous and head movement.is non existent..but he won so fairplay

Joshua is definitely better than he was during his loosing streak, but this looked nothing more than a sparring session. Fury will pick him apart, zhang would murder him..

I've been watching boxing for four decades. Francis Ngannou is going to beat Anthony Joshua. Francis is a true Beast an animal. The guy is as hard as nails. Technically Joshua is better but it's not going to translate against a guy who's a decent boxer, very athletic who has devastating knockout power.

Wallin didn’t pressure coming forward, no head movement and didn’t let his hands go. Wallin is a bad version of AJ basically. As much as I love AJ, it’s still very stiff and robotic. His coming forward and putting pressure on Wallin here committing to his punches that’s why he won. If AJ is to beat Usyk he needs to work on his angles. He needs to be awkward and start being unpredictable with pressure. We want AJ to win. Let’s get the best version of him now. It’s time.
