All I think about is my daughters? Didn't she claim they had no college savings, how is that caring, opting for lavish parties and handbags but not a cent for college? I learned I needed to read contracts? You did not admit to fraud over a contract, it was for making false W-2 forms and submitting fraudulent loans and spending the money? Apparently she still is minimizing and does not get that she and her boy are common thieves.

its amazing how she blames being dumb for her crime Teresa is something else she didn't care at all and her kids, they took it all from their kids so they have theirselves to blame for these girls education. Its amazing how much she is talking to Andy but I bet in court she didn't say a word she let Joe do all the talking there.

Why is Teresa acting as if some magical person was coming to her house offering her money with contracts? NO. Your husband was going to the bank, getting contracts and getting you to sign your name on the bottom line. You agreed so that you can spend money like a crazy person. 13M dollars in debt? You knew exactly what you were doing. I would have more respect of she just said, yes we did it, we were living a beyond our means with money that wasn't legally ours and we got caught. But instead all she can say is "I wish I read a contract, my daughters, I wish I read a contract, my daughters" You should have been screaming contracts and daughters when you were obtaining illegal money.

and what made me mad is they or Teresa blames the accountant I hope the accountant didn't stand for those lies, and if the accountant was at fault why didn't they get time too. I believe the accountant was doing the right thing and Teresa mess with the paperwork and probably put their name on it, Teresa looks like a criminal and she looks like she would sell in a minute, and the earrings she claim are not real come on Teresa get over it, if you were telling the truth the courts wouldn't be sending you to jail first.

My Heart really does go out for the both of the Giudice's, their children, and their extended families. I really hope everything is resolved as painlessly and swiftly as possible. What really irritates me, is that so many people and media outlets would make fun of Teresa because of how less than smart she was, make fun of her vocabulary and miss-pronunciation of words etc. And now people are saying how could she not understand about taxes and certain contracts that she's signed etc. The fact of the matter is, is that Teresa is strong. she will get through all of this, and eventually come out on top as usual. Politicians gamble with our tax dollars every single day and break the law,but it's ok for them,,it should be just pay the money back for a first offence and maybe some education on what's what, and then if they do it again then put them in jail,they never hurt anyone

Too bad she didn't think about her daughters so much before she committed these crimes. If it was a low income person who did the same out of desperation to survive, there would be no pity for her. These guys did the crime and should do the time - they probably got off light too. I know it must be so sad to try to live in a house less than 20,000 sq. ft., but bite the bullet guys...unbelieveable attitude.

I'm glad Joe gorga isn't bailing them out, he has to think of his own family and he didn't commit crime, and this wasn't through ignorance of teressa and Joe, they knew what they where doing, they just wanted more of the good life, once you tasted it you want more I can understand that, but theres the price and all that money has got to be paid back when they get out of prison, teressa and Joe are great TV and I'm sure bravo will keep them, they are are housewives of new Jersey originals, and teressa can be back to her crazy self lol, the last few seasons she was on good behavour with others on the show mainly as she knew potentially the outcome was going g to be after the trial. hurry out teressa and get back on tv

For someone that didn't have nothing to really do with the fraud Teresa is overboard on this show, she won't let Joe talk she keep hushing him up like she is a lawyer. I don't think she wanted the family there at court because they would have heard the truth what was done and who did it. Teresa looks sneaky and a liar as for this I believe it was all her because she wanted all that fancy stuff not Joe, but he put it all on hisself. I don't understand a court system that lets you have 3 months at home before you serve time.

people are miserable w. their lives and searching desperately for opportunities to jeer at people who lived apparently sparkling lives. I grew up working class and I'm trying to get out of it but I always hear people around me say "the rich aren't happy/riches don't equal happiness" as if to soothe themselves or something... a lot of reality tv in general is enjoyed because some can briefly fantasize they're better than the glitterati.. like reality stars are regular people... teresa's situation proves it.. and there's no reason to then gloat about her punishment. there are PLENTY of poor narcissistic scheming moms who are just average people you know lol ..such is life

I like Teresa's hair and shoes. They save that lackluster skirt suit. Joe and T, do what you have to, and keep it moving. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE makes mistakes.
