I am absolutely fuming. I am not happy at all and have reached out to fever to find out what is going on? I am so upset and ao disappointed.
Milan was absolutely stunning. I would love to visit again that’s for sure.
The Yule Ball was spectacular and so was Milan in general. The shops, buildings, locations and more were so beautiful.
Milan is well worth a visit.

I completely agree with your review. I watched it now that I’ve gone to the event because I didn’t want to spoil anything and have an unbiased opinion. I did get the gift bag which was great and made it a bit more worth the extra money for premium but I still don’t think I would’ve paid the extra now that I have seen first hand what it entailed. I did absolutely enjoy the event itself but I would get standard next time. I’d love to not go alone next time too. That would make it a lot more fun.

As someone who helped put on specialty events and conventions for years, I feel this honestly seems to have missed the mark on several levels. Customer value for experience being the main one. People going away from your event disappointed or feeling cheated is bad customer service. Even if you have the missing items replaced, the damage to their reputation is already done. I'll get of my soapbox now... 😏. I am glad you got your lovely ring, you deserve it Lady Victoria! You deserve all the lovely things! ❤🤗

I love the ring! Maybe it was a language issue? One of the sides of the thing on the landyard says regalo = gift maybe you needed to go to another area to pick it up? I have tickets for the one in Mexico, and I'm seeing videos that the gift is a Christmas boot. Not really happy about the extra money for a boot... I can let you know after Jan 12 xD

You have made a mistake. The Cocktail tag entitled you to the drink and food and the "REGALO" (GIFT in english) tag entitled you to a scarf and hat that you did not claim. Maybe you didn't understand, sorry.

Hi Victoria ! Just watched your 2 Yule Ball videos now because I didn’t want any spoilers for my Montreal Yull Ball that happened yesterday. I bought the Premium tickets and we actually got a gift at the end of the celebration. I am disappointed with it tho.. it was a snow hat and a scarf in your house colors. I was kind of hoping for something like a Christmas decoration or idk, something more exciting i guess. Anyway, its sad that you paid so much more and got nothing extra :( i would have been really sad. I think my expectations were too high for the event.. I thought something was missing. I thought they would have like proper Durmstrang and Beaux Batons costumes (not just the 2 main people but also the other people who worked the event) I really thought they would replicate the « ice » sculptures at least…
