I do not think Samkelo was fair in this interview. He already judged the minister. I believe the journalist or interviewer should try by all means to be objective and not push questions to prove a certain preconceived allegations. I am not a fan of Minister Gigaba but he should be given a chance to state his views and for the public to judge for themselves. Samkelo was not listening to the minister & that is not a good way to conduct interview. I think the minister answered well [even though some might say he is lying- no one will know].

Can someone tell me how NO could confuse his personal meeting note and minutes? This is very strange; NO went to some of the finest schools in SA and God knows where else, courtesy of the apartheid system and I cannot be convinced that he could send his personal meeting note to a minister and claim that that were minutes of a meeting between him and the minister. The interviewer is commingling all sorts of issues and confusing listeners, the little I have heard from NO and the minister tells me that NO has a lot to answer and I get the feeling that this interviewer did not ask him intelligent follow up questions. SA can do better ...

You need the Xoli Mngambi, Thulasizwe Simelane or Kathy Mohlahlane for this interview, i feel they throw Samkelo under the bus. Samkelo has not done one on one in most cases and you need to do so much before the interview and i feel he just relied on hearsay and what was reported in the media. He should have also interogated the approval processes, Oppenheimer says he approved and the minister points him the letter written in April but Samkelo is not able to respond ..........

in most cases ENCA needs interviewers or journalist who are able to ask deep question in a good way. this mambo jambo journalists are always played by politicians, in south africa politicians are not even scared to give interviews. they know this journalists are weak, this individual should have done a lot of home work before coming to gigaba. Where's Justice Malala Samkelo is too lighter for Malusi.... Hence why did Mr. Gigaba choose to present his full story on the media platform? He perhaps knew that Samkelo won't squeeze him to the core to tell truth... I see this as a strategy to try and influence or convince the appointing authority of his innocence.
