What she and her fellow CARICOM African leaders should be focused on is that of reparations tangible cash REPARATIONS from their colonial holders for the descendants of the enslaved, with tangible cash REPARATIONS her people will be in a better position to invest in infustructure, policies, education that prepared the next generation to development innovations and manufacturing and also international trade.
