Ruto can never choose integrity and change. And this man is a testament to this fact. This 2 were classmates in UoN during the 80's. They were both pro establishment students who were employed by Moi to spy on radical activism by UoN students, led by Miguna Miguna and Wafula Buke. No wonder, Ruto and his minions hate history and the mention of it, because they know once we start digging their history people will discover their misdeeds. Their history is tainted, their character is rotten and corrupt. Kenya can't afford to have these 2 at the pinnacle of power.
