They just don't gives others some chances to be leaders, they could possibly change the country just by that chance as every one has different thoughts so when you've hard a chance to be leader and do what you wanted to happen, then it's good to give others some chances especially when the country itself want's you to leave the leadership! that is one of the reasons some African countries develop slowly (In my opinion).
