my stomach is burning sir, despite studying hard i didnt get the percentile i deserved , ( wrote on 27th jan shift 1) they are really cunning sir, every year in public notice they will show the number of students who wrote on each day, but this year alone they deliberately didnt disclose the number of students who attended on each day, you can check 2023 public notice and 2024 public notice.

What I think is NTA purposely favoured some coaching centre, who has allotted for them on 30 or 31 st. The important point to be noted is the distribution of exam dates for students was not random this time, it was mainly based on the order of registration. Easily it can be found evident that a fixed set of students were asked to register at a fixed date and they were given exam on a fixed shift. Others are packed in rest of the sessions. A criminal effort by NTA, shame on NTA. Somebody please verify if the dates were allotted according to registration order, then it proves by itself.

The government and the honorable court should take up the case suomoto and direct the NTA to re do the entire process and declare the result. The current result to be treated as null and void. Will we expect the honorable court to step in and do the prompt action

In the shift there were 300k students selection will be done for 20k students for advance, while shift where 70k students were there, selection will be same 20k.. while for justice and reality check, it should me 32k in first session and 8k in second 😢😢😢😢

The issue is going to continue to stress in ranking even after the second session. People with 99 percentile out of 12 L students, do not expect your rank within 12,000, this can go upto 24000.

According to the IB, all shifts didn't need to have an equal number of candidates(1.2 lakh) but it was the morning shifts and evening shifts for each day that had to have an equal number for each day for e.g 2.5 lakh each for 27th Shift 1 and 27th Shift 2, 1 lakh each for 29th Shift 1 and Shift 2 and so on probably 80 000 each for the last six shifts coincidentally which totalled 11.8 lakh. Kindly look into this because last year had almost equal candidates for all shifts and there wasn't any problem. Having too many students sit for the two shifts equally in the first day is still unfair as seen in the marks vs percentile. Too much competition reduces the percentile which is massively unfair to us. I was expecting 97-98%ile but I got 87%ile(27 S1). If each shift had 1.2 lakh, it was fair. After the response to the RTI by NTA, if there is an absolutely unequal distribution for each day as shown in multiple polls with no day having an approximately equal percentage/number for the morning and evening shifts then it would be impossible for them to get away. Please look into this too because NTA will try its best to dodge and this is the only avenue for them. Please help us Sir and help us to win legally against NTA if our speculations are confirmed after their response to the RTI.

Sir, What you tell is correct and agree, but the first two or four sessions were less difficult than the others. But still, it was very mismanaged but NTA could reply saying that the qp was easy so they compensated with more number of students and vice-versa for the last few sessions. I am very scared about my April attempt, JEE-Main is becoming like a game of luck. How do you think April attempt will be like?

dude just see, feb 1 paper, its not even difficult at all, its easy just like 27th jan and students got 5 days extra to prepare well for that day and they even knew the trend of the paper . but still they got less cutoff just becos number of students were less

Number of students should be shared equally in all shifts even though the paper is easy or tough. Otherwise have the same question paper for all students with only one shift like NEET.

@@bsubashini2617 We do not possess the ability to do one-day exams, we simply do not have that many CBT centers in india and running a CBT center is a really big tech challenge compared to NEET which is given in already established schools

Yes there is a mismatch in the seats allotted across sessions. But u can't compare the avg.. say only 300 ppl took exams so only 3 wil get 99%. So if 3 lac students writethen top 3000 wil qualify 99% regardless of marks. So u cant hav 6000 just bcos the scoring was good. If we go by u r analysis then all the students of feb1 batch will be in 99%. Being in the educational industry don't spread wrong information.. let students prepare fornext session.

what kind of statistics and mathematics did u even study? do u really have any proper knowledge about how marks vs percentile is calculated?? when more number of students are situated means more number of high potential students will write the exam and the cutoff will skyrocket, meanwhile in other shifts even the low scoring potenial students with low marks will get 99 percentile(they are techincally undeserving students ), even an underperforming low scoring student will get high percentile, but the bright student who have good potential and got good score will get less percentile just because u got into a shift where there is huge number of students. this was the reason to have huge difference of 82 marks for same percenitle but in different shifts.Even nta knew this and thats y they didnt disclose the total number of students participating. and only 1% of student will get 99 tile in whatever shift they write,and sir didnt say like everyone in feb1 will get 99 percentile

You data of students appearing in first session of NTA are incorrect. NTA has clarified in all newspaper with the figures of students appeared in each sessions. Decency demands that you take back your accusations and falsehood.
