As long as Josh isn't around the kids, I don't see why the kids should be punished for what their father does. But I do believe while he was there, around these kids, she put them in direct danger having a clear understanding of what her husband is- so it is interesting to see what happens to the kids. I’ve met Anna before, very briefly, and she was super kind and humble... This was years ago, when she had only their first child. Hopefully Josh is sent away for a very long time, and hopefully she’s forced to divorce him, or else she loses the kids. I would hope if it came to that she would choose those babies! Jim Bob, I’ve seen him in public before, he wasn’t very kind to myself or others who tried to simply say “hi”. I remember one of their kids was kind though, she saw I dropped something and she grabbed it and handed it to me, told me to have a blessed day. He just glared at me and talked to her after. I couldn’t hear him, but I could tell he didn’t seem happy... ANYWAY, Jim Bob and Michelle are literally LETTING them stay on their property, they have young daughters still living with them too! Hopefully the law would see that as child endangerment, because those kids deserve better... The way they covered up him molesting his sisters, the way they stick by him... I get that’s their son, but what about their daughters? What about their feelings? What about their sanity? What about their peace of mind or sense of safety? They failed them, and they failed Josh. In my eyes, they failed all their kids! Thankfully Arkansas takes this crap seriously and cracks down as hard as they can, most of the time. They have all the evidence they need, as does the FBI and hopefully CPS! I’m only praying for those kids, their 7 and Jim Bob and Michelle’s youngest kids...!

He acted uppity 🤷‍♀️ ignoring people who were trying to be kind and giving dirty looks to others and myself after his child was kind to me and handed me something I dropped… If my son were to help a stranger, I wouldn’t give the stranger a dirty, rotten look. He was being rude, end of story. That could have been a bad first impression, but the fact of him not protecting his daughters and helping his son who is sick and hurting people kind of tells me my first impression was accurate for him and his character. I hope you're right. But the pervert has a hearing May 5 where he can request bail. And the judge at the hearing this past Friday said if he is granted bail, the court will likely require a third party custodian he can live with. Fingers crossed the judge denies bail. Hope he never sees the outside of a prison cell.

Well I don’t know the exact context around his explanation obviously, but it just seems like he thinks he’s smarter than the months-long investigation that went into getting the warrant for the initial raid. But if he’s saying he knew that this person put this stuff on his computer when it had happened, he should have reported it immediately. Because it seems so odd to me that he can, with any degree of certainty, say “on those two days in may of 2019 I know for a fact this person I can’t call out by name was definitely using my computer.” It’s pretty unbelievable. They did the leg work, I’m sure they looked into patterns to identify who was using the computer at the time.

My mom worked at a state career center, a customer guy chose a computer that faced away from everyone, and far enough my mom so she couldn't see what was on the screen. He was there for about 30 minutes, and on the computer for 20, when FBI raided the place and arrested him. It was FAST! I'm sure they were watching for this guy, or tracking the computers, since they were there the week prior. My mom and her workers didn't know, until after the raid. They did say it was first pinged because he opened tracked images.

Over a decade ago the neighbors were stealing wi fi from my friends uncle and FBI went to his house took the kids arrested him and his wife and took all electronics thankfully it wasn't even 12 hours later they realized the neighbor had hacked their networks.. I am not sure on exact details but it was hard on him and his family but they don't hold any hard feelings especially after arresting their perverted neighbor

A lot of different denominations believe this, in the Bible if you cheat on your spouse and I’m sure the same goes for what he is charged with you can get a divorce and your spouse that cheated is considered dead to you, you know wedding vows til death do us part, well if a spouse cheats he is considered dead and you can remarry. a complete forensic search of his computer will tell who was using the computer at the time of download. Also how many times said material was viewed. Also a search of his phone will also tell if he was at his office at the time of the download and viewing of the material he is being charged with. Apparently Homeland Security said that they were literally outside of his door and he could do it the hard way or the easy way, either turn himself in or they will take him.
