Both Mikey and Errol fought boxers coming off a loss (AB and KB) with different skills in their style of boxing(talking about AB & KB), but obviously Spence is the harder, faster and physically stronger fighter, and Mikey is the experienced, accurate and timing boxer. We'll just have to wait and see who came better prepared on fight night! I have 3 key factors on how both fighters should come prepared in the ring as far as strategies go. Errol Spence Jr 1) Close the gap- Stick with his jab to make connections to close the gap that Mikey is going to display 2) Faster- Put pressure in the early rounds/work the body 3) Power- Land harder punches to keep Mikey from connecting his own power shots. Mikey Garcia: 1) Timing. He's got great timing and will rely on that to control the tempo on each round 2) Accurate combinations. Once he connects with a jab follow through and work on connecting punches downstairs 3) Experience- He's got the experience to know what works best for him against a taller and faster opponent. I think Mikey has the better head movement and defense. He definitely knows when to go in and land his combos, but Errol can take a hit. Now the question stands have either fighter been hit from the likes of one another?

Check out Chavez fight against Taylor....taylor was faster more stronger had more power but Chavez punches inflicted more damage and his chin was unbreakable and don't forget experience so we can't judge just have to wait and enjoy.

He's not the easiest to hit, and he's very composed. Spencer loves to bash it out, and yea he can overpower Mike, but Mikey isn't just gonna stand & trade, or move back. He's gonna move side to side, jab and find openings. If I was to pick a winner. I'd say Spence is the favorite, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mikey won by outscoring him.

I wonder how Spence will react if he focuses on trying to get the ko, like he does many times, and as rounds pass by and he doesn't get it he gets frustrated or doesn't change his game plan. I've seen Garcia in fights that in the beginning he was having some problems but he manages himself well and adapts, getting the win in the end.
