In Mexico all beaches are public, you can go through the hotel lobby and say you are going to the beach and nobody has the authority to restrict the access to it

I asked several security guards in the hotels and resorts and said I wanted to go to the beach they all said now. YOu have to go to the public beach further down the road.

@@williamtaudienvlogs7294 It is illegal for those security guards to restrict the access to the beach even if the beach is in front of the hotel, you should tell those ignorant security guards to read the constitution of the Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Regardless of whether you are Mexican or not, you cannot own the beach. In legal terms, there is no such thing as a 'private beach' in Mexico. The Mexican Constitution decrees all beaches to be publicly-accessible federal property and as such people have right of access to them anytime.

A few hotels down from the Hard Rock there is this Italian restaurant called Guidos at the Bahia del Sol resort. It's right on the beach and is open to the public. You should be able to walk right in and get to the beach from there. If any security asks just say you're going to Guidos.

Willie, just a heads up - as long as you don't see people exiting hotel with wrist bands, indicative of all-inclusive hotels, you may enjoy the restaurants and hotel shops, which in turn gives you access to lounge and pool areas. You can also observe this from beach side as you take a walk, which gives you the opportunity to 'hotel hop' - just be sure to throw a towel over your shoulder for use at the pools.

I spent 6 weeks in Nuevo Vallarta this year. Besides the resorts, I’d say it’s more for older 2nd home owners from the US and Canada. Very slow compared to Puerto Vallarta. But yeah, Public beach access is limited. The best public access is probably straight down from the restaurant that you ate lunch at, right next to marina channel.

At the start of your video, I think you made the wrong bus stop ... You were in the Jarretaderas district, which is becoming abandoned because of the Vidanta project, a huge resort. In the end, it's really good that you discovered the Marina. I also love this area, it's so peaceful !!

My parents bought a condo at Marina Fiesta (next to Paradise) about 30 years ago when the area was empty. We are very fortunate to have had the area just blossom into something so great. By the way, you have amazing hair, if I may say. Hope you enjoyed Mexico!

William there are some cool waterfalls up one of the rivers in Puerto Vallarta. It's a little hike in the beautiful woods and cool falls with swimming ponds. Maybe you can find out where they are at.

In towns like PV when you're going to the beach, just walk through the lobby like you own it and they never will stop you. It's much easier to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission. Check out Bucerías when you get the chance! It has a great, relaxed vibe.

There are several restaurants at Paradise Village mall, the first place you asked if there was beach access. The venders have foot paths between the resorts that would allow you access to the beach, follow the guy selling sunglasses, lol.
