It’s most likely because: A) She had been there for 6 years and had never made the mistake before B) The entertainment value of the oops was higher than the chump change value of the car. I think Drew knew it was one of those golden moments, that nothing would come of it, and he was just tickled pink by her humble reaction. Also, the terror in her expression was funny. I always wondered if the hosts would ever just give a prize away, but I can't remember ever seeing it, so seeing this was refreshing, especially since they gave the car away, and everyone was in agreement not to cause concern over the honest mistake the model made. She seemed like a real down to Earth person too. I bet the thought never crossed anyone's mind to hold her accountable over a silly mistake.
