I remember playing him my junior year of high school for our homecoming game when he was a senior. Seeing how old this footage looks makes me feel like I am a senior citizen.

especially college. when he was a sophomore, he was just as famous as any nfl player

The run at the 3:30 mark. OMG. He was too nice in HS for these kids lmao😂

Reggie in high school was like "who are these mortals?"
@mannygarcia40702 жыл бұрын
Reggie actually looks slow in this video. I played against him when I was a senior and he made varsity as sophomore. Best football player Ive ever seen in person and I played against a lot of future NFL players in HS. Crazy

This reminds me of Bo Jackson in Super Tecmo Bowl for the NES. Totally a broken character, just runs circles around the rest of the players. Hilarious! Pure talent baby.

I don't think u realize how fast and agile he really is. I played against him my sophmore year when he was a senior and I play college football for SDSU.

That was the craziest high school highlights film I've ever seen. It has to be the biggest moral buster to have to play that guy in high school.

San Diego Legend. Those Helix teams were stacked. Alex Smith at qb w 10 other great high players. Oceanside was the only team I could remember ever beating them.

Such a sick video. Wasn't Alex Smith of the 49'ers the Quarterback? Must of been a hell of a team.
@amanda_o_n_x9 ай бұрын
Yes, Alex graduated in '02 and Reggie was '03. I was an '02 Helix cheerleader and got to see the magic up close all four years. I believe our team that started as Freshmen and went up through JV and Varsity together only had one loss over four seasons. Multiple CIF championships, electric crowd, great band, phenomenal coaching...it was amazing. Some of my best memories from high school were cheering for those games.

Best high school and college running back I've ever seen. Point blank no question hands down. Their is no other running back in HS or college at least that Ive seen that comes anywhere close to his level. And if there is someone out there who is a quarter as good as reggie bush was in his HS & college years, show me. Because I won't believe that until I see it.

i think what makes him so good is that they run a double wing formation witch is usually sweeps and counters...they're running the sweep so much that he can just cut all the way to the left and score...or the counter where the defense adapts 2 the sweeps and and falls for the counter? maybe
@Tmathh13 жыл бұрын

reggire bush isnt a dud, every team know what big play ability he has so they make sure to lock him down, giving deuce and tohmas more room to run, and also helps Drew Brees have more time in the pocket. He's a team player
@themostlyrikal17 жыл бұрын
Not only is he good though he has great vision and if any real sports fan is watching they can see that he actually follows his blockers until he has space to break away

@TA6football Becuse it's high school football, most of those players have never played football before in their life that's why Reggie was so good, because 70% of the football team just joins to be part of something and get their self esteem up. Only a few are actually talented.

As a Saints fan, it wasn't like Reggie was bad, but it was so disappointing that he would occasionally have flashes of brilliance then be average for the next few games. The reason the QB looks so good is b/c that's Alex Smith...of the 49ers. He was a 1st Overall Pick!

Actually Offensive lineman are some of the most hard working and important playersa on any football team, running backs and quarterbacks wouldn't be able to do anything without an o line
