it's funny to me that the most violent hits here aren't flagged, and the ones where the defender had not other option but to drop his shoulder and absorb the runner's momentum and do their job were flagged significantly more...

Ben Davidson clotheslining anyone and Jack Tatum paralyzing Darryl Stingly are "vicious" hits in my book.

You're missing about 10 years of hard hit that was actually legal in the 80's with Ronnie Lott alone

Great vid, perfect length for each clip too, often you’ll see clip vids where each individual clip has way too much extra shit

I wish you'd shown what happened immediately after Cam Rising of Utah got hit by the USC defender. Cam Rising got right up in his own and started motivating nodding his head like that was nothing. He stayed in the game and lead Utah to beat USC. It was a statement moment where he showed he has what it takes to play at a higher level.

I’m a lifelong Bama fan. So I found Cam Rising after working the closing shift on Saturday nights at my job I’d come home and Utah was the last game of the night. I immediately thought that Rising was special and I think he will be a natural leader in the NFL for a team that desperately needs one
@domin8ss9 ай бұрын
@TheJordanAntibellum I think desperate is the operable word. He can't seem to survive a Rose Bowl. Went down last year against Penn State with a torn ACL and the year before that against Ohio State with a concussion. He's a baller. If he can stay healthy, he'll make a statement. Like you, I'm now going to be stuck watching the west coast games late at night. Just moved from California to West Florida. I'm surrounded by Tides fans. So close to the state line that a wrong turn puts me into Alabama. It's a beautiful state, too. Gorgeous women, way more beautiful than in California. If I can acclimate to this humidity I might just stay.

Always with noting that after Cam Rising got drilled, he jumped up laughing, put his helmet back on, and won the game by 47 to 24.

Where's Wilbur Marshall literally launching Joe Ferguson of the Lions 5 yards Backwards from the 85 Season. That's the only time I have ever seen the freaking REFS check the player to 1 see if he is breathing and to see if he had a pulse after getting hit until this season.

What about the hit to former Detroit Lions QB Eric Hipple as he's running to the sidelines? I don't remember what game or even the year, but it helicoptered him and took his helmet off.
