You've got to remember that Jason Blaha the famous youtube and internet liar said that he was one of the biggest bodybuilders in the world at one time, and there was only two people who could really compete against each other. Blaha himself, and Ronnie Coleman. And when asked for proof, he said the "internet wasn't popular then", and all the pictures he had of himself while being big like Ronnie Coleman were "burnt up in a fire". PS- he never competed in anything except for a couple participation medals for powerlifting. What an ass.

Imagine graduating with honors in a field and end up delivering pizza and throwing news papers for a living! Sometimes your path is not clearly defined, but the tests becomes testament to your greatness, if you persevere! It may not look right or feel right, but you gotta keep on pushing! Ronnie Coleman did that 8x over! Great interview by S. Ray...I remember when he had the S Ray on the tag on his Corvette...years ago! 👏👍💯💪to both of guys for a great interview highlighted by Ronnie's personal protector who loves her dad!🙏❤

I remember in one of his podcasts, Fouad abiad asked why Dorian Yates was viewed as the working-class hero of bodybuilding given that Ronnie Coleman not only put in more work in the gym but was a full-time police officer right into the early part of his run as mr. Olympia. Lightweight, baby. Ain't nothing but a peanut.
@thelastshallbefirst36532 жыл бұрын
@@stevegeorge6880 people think that of Yates because he came from a poor and troubled childhood and he made something of himself. Also, I don't think anyone could say Yates wasn't one of the hardest trainers in the world. When you watch Blood and Guts, the man's soul looked it was leaving his body with each set.

@@stevegeorge6880 Lightweight, baby and for What.Phil Heath doing bench press 160kg and look better in 2011 and 2013 than Coleman in 1998 1999 2003 and 2005
@stevegeorge68802 жыл бұрын
@@clenbuterol4989 depends on what the judges are looking for on any given day. I don't doubt that Phil Heath best would be very competitive with Ronnie Coleman's best. I'm also not saying that one would have to train like Ronnie Coleman to succeed like Ronnie Coleman did. Except for some minor lower back issues after he retired, Lee Haney came out relatively injury-free. For that matter, Ronnie Coleman's injuries may have had somewhat less to do with the extremely heavy weights he used than they did with the less-than-perfect textbook form he moved them with. Still, there is something admirable in being that dedicated and hard-working even if it should be tempered with better judgment regarding application.

@Talibiden Good question. I like that I have that little thing in common with Ronnie Coleman. Shawn Ray expressed how unusual it is for a grown man to be delivering newspapers. I did all of those things while being a single dad. It’s an unusual lifestyle but it’s cool that I have a little something in common with the one of my favorite bodybuilders. I certainly wish I had been training clients for three times the money that I earned for delivering newspapers. That’s why so!!!
