Forbes has deliberately given SBF a public platform to make it difficult to prosecute later. It is important to note that Forbes have through the structured approach to these questions enabled a false narrative to be presented. Elements of this rehearsed public message such as: - allowing SBF to criticise the existing Executive and legal team with no challenge or push back on 'Sam why do you think you'd be trusted to fix this when you allowed monies to be paid out to local investors or when SBF allowed a backdoor to be created so Alameda could short markets' - allowing SBF to criticise Caroline and Alameda with no chance for her to comment - which is standard journalistic practice. - allowing SBF to suggest that CZ played FTX without referring to SBF''s contrived engagement with regulators to centralise crypto whilst securing a commercial advantage - avoiding the now publicly reported Substantial payments to MSM sources to tank specific coins. - allowing SBF to even suggest he could possible come back into the crypto sector. Forbes showing it has lost its understanding of journalism and is just part of the bought MSM.

@@BiancaVie If you really believe he won’t spend years in prison, you’re seriously misguided. Even if he pleads guilty and the prosecution offers him a plea deal, he’ll spend at least 10 years in prison. He’s already facing a max of 150 years so there’s no way he gets off without any prison time. Also, the Democrats were the ones who got 40 million in illegal campaign donations. Republicans got 18 million and I don’t see any of them rushing to give it back even though it is stolen money. Typical politicians. They’re all corrupt, especially Democrats cause they can get away with it considering our 2 tier justice system that only prosecutes republicans.

People with money and political connections live by a different set of rules in America than people in the middle and lower classes. If I had done this I would be extradited from the Bahamas and put in jail until my trial years later because I couldn't afford bail. I would be forced into taking a plea deal that goes against my best interest because I couldn't afford the millions to hire top defense lawyers. Completely different set of circumstances and results in our justice system based on the amount of money someone has whether they're guilty or not.

@PoppysGuitar
@PoppysGuitar Жыл бұрын
Most Defs do and unless there is no case there from the beginning "telling the truth" is rarely helpful. A lot depends on whether you have co conspirators and how big a crime you committed. Sometimes tho if the def really is innocent or there are applicable valid defenses "talking" can be helpful. BUT the officer has to be fair and really record what suspect says. It isn't bad at trial if the Def's statement to police is something like, "He charged at me with a huge knife, I thought he was going to kill me so I shot him".

@hervegeorges
@hervegeorges Жыл бұрын
Madoff did not do as many crimes. wire fraud, insider trading, pump and dump, money laundering, you know, something like stealing you know. bribes you know nothing serious you know. Also very sophisticated systems with multiple companies to suck the assets. SBF is the reason why people do not believe in justice, so many people got life for a lot less. That guy is too much for me. He says we need more oversight. For a jew, he does not even know the 10 commandments thou shalt not steal. That guy needs a reality check. Many people on top knew it was a fraud and they checked out before the crash. It is always the guy at the end of the line who gets screwed. I just hope SBF stole money from the wrong guys like the cartels because those guys use bitcoins.

It will take some time to understand how Amazons AMO5000X is having the most impact in these times. After all the downswingers and failures of this year it's about time that someone integrates assets into a useful scenario and that's exactly happening with this asset right now. It will be exciting to see how they develop this product in the future. What do you guys think? Would like to hear some opinions
